Essex County OB/GYN in Beverly, MA is seeking an experienced, passionate and personable CNM to join our highly-regarded M idwifery practice. Since 1964, Essex County OB/GYN has been caring for generations of women on the North Shore of Massachusetts by providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care throughout their lives. Our practice, which consists of 13 OB/GYNs and 8 C ertified N urse- M idwives, offers preventative, diagnostic, and acute care for a wide range of Women’s Health issues. Our Midwives combine the arts of nurturing and guidance with current knowledge, science and evidence-based care. This practice is based on the belief that the woman is the central decision - maker in matters regarding her birth and her baby. As a result, the Midwives support mothers as their caring and collaborative partners as they provide comprehensive prenatal visits, skilled guidance during labor and birth, and complete postpartum and gynecological care. We are looking for a CNM who is currently licensed in MA and has at least 4 years of experience in providing office-based clinical care as well as delivery management in a hospital setting. Equally important, our new CNM will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, ethics, professionalism, adaptability, and determination to support everyone’s efforts to succeed. Working knowledge of and experience using a n EMR/HER is highly desired. This is currently a part-time position that may develop into full-time in the near future. The new CNM will serve as a Surgical First Assist, perform hospital rounds, see patients in our offices, and occasionally take call hours on Labor and Delivery at Beverly Hospital.
