Baystate Health is seeking an outstanding obstetrician/gynecologist to join Pioneer Women’s Health in Greenfield Massachusetts. Pioneer Women’s Health is a part of Baystate Medical Practices, the employed physician group of Baystate Health. The practice consists of 4 physicians, 5 CNMs and a strong support team. Located across the street from our 93-bed hospital, Baystate Franklin Medical Center, this practice enjoys an excellent relationship with our award-winning ob unit. We cover approximately 500 births annually. Our providers enjoy a very busy surgical practice and see major surgical cases every week. Our affiliation with Baystate Medical Center, our 650-bed Level 1 trauma center and tertiary care hospital in Springfield, MA, allows us a collaborative relationship with consultation services from MFM, Gyn/Onc and infertility providers. Baystate Franklin Medical Center’s reputation for its friendly environment and commitment to community medicine draws top-notch physicians to our area.
Candidates must be ABMS BE/BC in ob/gyn and have excellent organizational, communication and team skills. Interest in being a part of a community hospital team is important. Full time and part time opportunities are available, and full time providers work 4 days a week. Opportunities to teach residents from Tufts University School of Medicine are available.
