Role Plans, directs and coordinates marketing activities for Hologic products to ensure that goals or objectives of products are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates and conducts marketing programs for Hologic's surgical product line
• Develops sales aids, sales training materials and professional advertisements for products
• Manages the internal approval process for new and revised marketing pieces
• Creates and manages information systems (technical and market data) for product area of responsibility
• Identifies and researches potential new markets by gathering information on alternative applications, reimbursement, and market demands
• Identify published studies that impact the business and develop communications/training strategy to field sales
• Participate in upstream product development, product and line extension market commercialization
• Create and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the OB/GYN space Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

MBA strongly preferred Experience

• 3-4 years marketing experience in medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical or laboratory environment required.
• 1-2 years medical sales or sales training experience preferred
