Reporting to the Group Practice Director, t he Bariatric Center Manager will be responsible for bariatric medical and surgical program development including the budget, supervision and development of staff, an d the development and implementation of short and long term goals. Other k ey responsibilities include coordinating and supervising patient flow ; providing patient and staff education; revenue cycle management responsibilities ; devo loping and participating in quality assurance activities; developing and supporting Weight Management Center marketing initiatives; maint aining accurate encounter forms for billing purposes; and providing diagnosis and treatment plans for insurance companies as requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS:!
Requirements:
Registered nurse, licensed in th! e Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Three to five years of experience in a clinical management role in an outpatient setting. Ability to gather and interpret data for the diagnosis and management of medical conditions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, with physician and administrative input as necessary.
