Western Mass Physician Associates, an affiliate of Holyoke Medical Center, is seeking an experienced working Office Manager to oversee the daily operation ! of a busy OB/GYN office and ensure its efficiency. Individual will coordinate and carry out all administrative functions including computerized patient scheduling, patient registration, billing, and administrative support to physicians. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in a physician’s office, experience working with third party payors and working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9-CM coding. Spanish/English medical/health interpreting ability preferred.
