Description: Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates is employing Medical Assistant I - Burlington OB/GYN - per diem right now, this job will be placed in Massachusetts. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. Under the direction of the department supervisor or designee, assumes a lead clinical role among support staff within the pra! ctice. Participates in a medical team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and strengthening the patient/clinician relationship. May provide administrative operations leadership. Demonstrates a high level of competence in all support roles and provides back-up coverage for support staff. Works to improve clinical efficiencies of the operation. May provide back-up coverage for the supervisor. Provides direct clinical support to (a) clinician(s).
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Associate's degree in medical assisting or graduate of certificate program preferred.
