Description: Alternative Solutions Inc. is currently seeking to employ Nurse Manager OB/GYN Clinic right now, this job will be placed in Massachusetts. Our client, a busy hospital based OB/GYN practice in the Boston area is seeking a strong nurse leader who will be administratively responsible and accountable for its p! atient care unit. This will involve planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating the delivery of patient care within established regulatory and professional nursing practice standards. This is a high quality, patient focused health care practice with a good staff of stable employees.
In addition to 10 RN's, there is a large staff of clinical assistants, as well as ultrasound technicians, and genetics counselor.
Candidates should have broad-based health care operational experience and demonstrated leadership ability to ensure cost-effective management.
Qualifications include: Mass. RN license as well as BSN. Masters in Nursing or health-related field would be desirable.
