98 bed facility with 3 O.R. rooms-handling 8-15 cases/day. ortho, general, limited vascular, OB/GYN, urology, cervical lumbar spine, limited ! ENT, Podiatry, and pacemakers, no hearts or heads. Requirements will come after offer/hire .REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of approved school of nursing and nurse anesthesia educational program, current AANA certification, comply with MA requirements regarding continuing education, ACLS certified, demonstrated knowledge of principles of growth development over the life span; possess ability to assess data reflective of patient status; interpret appropriate information needed to identify each patients requirements relative to his/her age specific needs. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred. Regular shift as above, may need to vary depending on O.R. schedule and to meet patient needs; additional hours as needed.
