Location: within 100 mi from Boston, Massachusetts
Job Detail:
Family Practice and Obstetrics - FP or IM with FP experience coverage needed for a practice affiliated with the main Hospital; located on the main campus.
Coverage will start in Jan and run for 9 months. Hours are M-F, 8-5p. 18-22 scheduled patients per day. Newborns to Adults are seen in office. Call is one week every 4th or 5th week.
Hospitalist program covers admissions and majority of call. Inpatient census is 4.5 pts. 2 RN, 1 NP and 1 FP physician for OB.
OB experience preferred but not required; asst CS but no hands-on delivery. They will also consider FP without OB.
Housing is on campus; Townhouse/Apt available so feel free to bring your spouse. 1 of the 2 doctors is leaving in January and locums will fill in for her absence. Must be BC in FP or IM. Must have a MA license; ACLS/BLS.
