Description: Boston Medical Center is hiring Administrative Manager FPP OBGYN Admin (40hrs Days) right now, this position will be placed in Massachusetts. Description Under the general direction of the department Chief, is responsible for the administrative operations of the Section and all its sub-sections which provide research and education. Serves as administrative contact to all sub-section unit heads and their administrators. Directly supervises 2 administrative assistants, and oversees and facilitates personnel and administrative issues for research funded positions, and approximately 20 faculty practice plan members.
Qualifications
Re! quires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relat! ed scientific field. Master's degree in Health or Business Administration is preferable.
Requires at least five years of Healthcare Administration experience.
Work requires a significant level of analytical ability to develop and analyze budgets and to develop related justification.
Demonstrated success in program management, personnel management, planning, finances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership attributes including positive, can-do attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm.
Exceptional level of professionalism, discretion and the ability to work on highly sensitive and confidential projects.
Highly developed skills using personal computer tools including word processing, spreadsheet, databases and presentation applications
