As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping us reach more students in more schools than ever before.

About us

We improve education in schools. We’ve built a curriculum-aligned teaching and learning platform with interactive textbooks, used by thousands of teachers and students. At Kognity, you’ll use your skills and expertise to improve learning in schools for children all over the world. Your work here will make a difference for the next generation.

What you’ll do

    • Initiate contact with potential customer schools & districts through email campaigns, cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach and responding to inbound leads.
    • Build rapport with prospects, identify customer needs and articulate how Kognity can add tremendous value to their teaching and learning experience.
    • Collaborate with the existing US sales team, sharing best practices and market insights.

We’re excited if you have

    • Tons of energy, strong communication skills, drive and the desire to succeed and grow.
    • Experience as an Educator, or sales experience from the B2B SAAS space.
    • A passion for calling and bringing Kognity to a new US High School audience.

Interview process

    • Recruiter call; An introductory chat with one of our friendly Recruiters to discuss the role and your interests. Your Recruiter will be your main point of contact during your interview process.
    • Hiring Manager call; A call with Summer Allison, SVP of Sales, to get to know you and discuss the role in more detail.
    • Case Study Interview; You’ll work on a task designed to test your ability to build rapport and pitch Kognity.
    • Values Interview; A discussion of your experience relating to our company values, which you can find on our careers site.
    • Leadership team discussion; A chance for you to speak with a member of our leadership team, touching on our vision, mission, and values.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
OTE earnings $75k - $85k
