Food Operation Executive [Singapore]

Responsibilities:

  • Managing central kitchen operations and meet the KPIs
  • Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operations of the central kitchen
  • Ensure sufficient and proper staffing to maintain the operations of the central kitchen
  • Ensure the staffs compliance to Operational & Food Safety SOP and update staff whenever there are changes or update.
  • Assist Operations Manager in conducting orientation and training for new staff
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety always
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
  • Maintain clear understanding of central kitchen matters to facilitate covering duties of other cookhouses
  • Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance with food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
  • Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any course
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the central kitchen working environment
  • Experience in preparing and handling large quantity for events
  • Possess basic food and hygiene certificate is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills
