Responsibilities:
- Managing central kitchen operations and meet the KPIs
- Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operations of the central kitchen
- Ensure sufficient and proper staffing to maintain the operations of the central kitchen
- Ensure the staffs compliance to Operational & Food Safety SOP and update staff whenever there are changes or update.
- Assist Operations Manager in conducting orientation and training for new staff
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety always
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
- Maintain clear understanding of central kitchen matters to facilitate covering duties of other cookhouses
- Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance with food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
- Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in any course
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the central kitchen working environment
- Experience in preparing and handling large quantity for events
- Possess basic food and hygiene certificate is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills
