We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Menu Data Analyst to join our Corporate Office in White Plains, NY. team. Responsibilities include creating Menu Specifications for all new/current airlines using dnata format. Specifications include but not limited to the following- Name of airline, photo of dish/entrée, menu description, amounts, yield, UOM, Method of prep and Assembly of dish.

You Will:
  • Create Menu Specifications for all new/current airlines using dnata format. Specifications include but not limited to the following- Name of airline, photo of dish/entrée, menu description, amounts, yield, UOM, Method of prep and Assembly of dish.
  • Create menu tent cards for presentations/menu audits/customer visits using dnata formatted tent cards.
  • Coordinate information with Chefs and aid in set up for menu presentations, record data from feedback/changes, take pictures and update menu grid during presentation.
  • Attention to detail is required during the build of specs, during menu presentations, and menu launches. Fix any spec errors, coordinate with Chefs to align any changes/updates needed.
  • Organize and collect recipes, emails, configuration changes, launch dates and store information for current and new customer airlines folder. Utilizing resources from Chefs and Commercial.
  • Manage proper schedule and timeframe for projects accordingly, some projects will require shorter timeframes etc.…….
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, & PDF
  • Schedule and lead meetings for menu changes via Microsoft teams with multiple team members for
  • Able to communicate properly with specific stake holders on menu reads, customer requests, new/missing photos for specifications.
  • Must be able to Multitask, participate in menu Presentations able to take notes and photograph food pictures for specifications.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 annual with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
You Have:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years broad-based customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, PDF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate with capability in email and related business and communication tools.
  • Highly motivated, fast learner.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English, Spanish preferred.
Intellectual/Social demands:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.
