Propensure Property Management (www.propensure.co.za) has a vacancy for an energetic and professional Office/Maintenance Administrator.
Our sophisticated cloud-based property management system provides the platform to offer a best practice maintenance management service. The success of our service requires a competent individual to manage the entire repairs, maintenance and improvements process.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
· Manage the process for reactive and preventative maintenance of sectional title schemes
· Source quotes and appoint service providers to undertake the works
· Follow up and update maintenance jobs and close out within prescribed durations
· Keep maintenance jobs and reports up to date
· Communicate and respond to and manage owner queries
· Follow up with owners on a regular basis
· Manage the registration of biometrics on a cloud based access control system
· Manage and log insurance claims from receipt and submission until settlement
· Liaison between suppliers, accounts and insurers to collate all documentation and settle claims as speedily as possible
· Manage and keep up to date all administration
· Answer incoming calls, messages and emails
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Senior Certificate
· 2 years administrative experience
· Background knowledge of property advantageous
· Financial/bookkeeping background will be of benefit

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R13,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Helderberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 4 years (Preferred)
