Overview:
Primary responsibility for delivering consistent, predictable order management experience through order validation, prioritization, and processing enabling field operations execution. This role will collaborate and partner with other Supply Chain teams, field operations, and Sales teams to ensure order accuracy, timely processing, and continuous improvement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Validate work orders are submitted to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and appropriate priority across multiple business functions.
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve work order exceptions across multiple business functions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to work order management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Install:
  • Verify equipment model numbers are accurate. Secure approval to make applicable substitutions.
  • Confirm Supply Chain inventory availability (initial inventory check).
  • Verify accurate payment technology part numbers and quantities.
  • Verify all installation items are on the order (fill hoses, elbows, etc.).
  • Coordinate and align on install schedule with Branch Ops and Sales.
  • Update planned install dates as necessary.
Technical Service:
  • Monitor aged open work orders.
  • Collaborate with appropriate cross functional teams to ensure work orders can be executed.
Collections:
  • Check identified work order exceptions and resolve to ensure Route Operations can plan.

What we’re looking for:
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Logistics preferred; 3-5 years planning & analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in order management
