Personal Assistant [Malaysia]


 

【Job Descriptions】

Managing day to day general admin matters and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Handle routine and advance duties for other professionals including organizing while preparing documents and reports, manage to schedule appointments, music copyright registration documents and other general staff support.

Dealing with incoming mail, post often corresponding on behalf as instructed by the Director.

Tracking music photography department progress, media network platform progress and interaction

Liaising with client, supplier and other colleagues.

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

【Requirements】

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 1 -2 years of working experience and Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Need to be Multilingual (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia ) –Verbal & Written.

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.

Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Saturday half day

Noted: 44hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
