Project Administration (50%) • Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents for submission • Assist in preparing project documents to clients, consultants, local authorities or other relevant parties • Monitor, coordinate and follow up with clients, other consultants, local authorities or other relevant parties on the submission or pending issues for project execution • Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically in accordance to the project • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Office Administration (50%) • Sourcing, purchasing and negotiating of material, equipment and supplies from vendors/subcontractors to ensure that value for money and excellent service level are optimized • Coordinate arrangement of upkeep and service maintenance of office facilities and equipment • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, email correspondences and routing correspondences • Act as back up for Receptionist as and when required
