Job description - Project Portfolio Management Analyst:
Dedicated analyst with high attention to detail to support different portfolio management processes, including the Data Quality dimensions and tracking E2E for project-related metrics. Additional endeavors include portfolio reports and data-driven analysis, as process support on integration between multiple portfolio management tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive process and quality capability assessments, and improvement through best practices and innovation
- Support end-to-end cross-functional process improvements for the Portfolio Management processes and tools
- Lead and control Data Quality reviews from a Portfolio Management perspective
- Highly leverage standard project management and quality improvement methodologies
Knowledge and skills
- In-depth knowledge and high proficiency in the use of structured project management methodologies
- Strong process engineering experience and training – in-depth knowledge and experience in processes and quality improvement
- Strong history of innovation with examples of breakthrough contributions
- Advance analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with remote and virtual teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with and understand a complex ecosystem of organizations and functions
- Demonstrated business analysis skills
- Excel advanced skills
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or Finance, Engineering related disciplines
- 5 years of experience in process and quality improvement
- 3-5 years of cross-functional projectized structure experience
Not required, but considered as a plus:
- Power BI and SharePoint intermediate skills
- Project Management skills
- Intermediate DBs skills
