RECRUITER (6 MONTH CONTRACT) [Malaysia]

POSTE

As a Recruiter, you are required to identify potential candidates in line with business requirement and execute full life-cycle recruitment process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment exercise for all positions mainly Retail positions from posting, shortlisting, calling, interviewing and closing the vacancies on a timely, qualitative and professional manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements to build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
  • Provide insights and recommendation of shortlisted candidates to Hiring Manager, profile fitting should be as close to requirement as possible.


PROFIL

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Prior experience in recruitment is a MUST, preferably for retail/service industries.
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) and gestures, able to represent the brand well to attract good talents.
  • Independent, strong sourcing and recruitment skills along with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
