Menya Hanabi's very first USA location in Arcadia is hiring SERVERS!
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and cooperative people who will thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Starting at $15.50/hr + tips, depending on experience.
*30 - 40 hours per week & full-time may be available
*Weekends are a must

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Proven restaurant serving or servering experience
*Hands-on experience in cashier duties
*Attention to cleanliness and safety
*Good physical condition and endurance
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
*Professional, honest, and strong work ethics
*The ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers
*Food handlers certification REQUIRED
*Must be authorized to work in the US
*Ability to speak Japanese is a plus, but not needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
*Take and serve orders
*Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
*Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
*Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
*Issue bills and accept payment
*Clear, clean, and reset tables for the next customers
*Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
*Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean environment
*Assist kitchen with cleaning dishes, if necessary and workload permits
*Perform other related duties, as required.
