Skill Team Leader Fuel Cell and Engine Controls f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical responsibility for Power Sources - Fuel Cell and Combustion Engine Controls
- Technical supervision and line management of the skill team together with the lead groups in charge
- Responsibility for continued training and qualification of the team members
- Ongoing development and establishment of processes and tools within the skill team
- Advancement of the product strategy, including planning and implementation of R&D projects
- Management of software development projects
- Responsibility and controlling of own cost center
- Planning and prioritization of work packages and progress tracking
- Interface to the customer and partner-departments
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical studies TU/FH computer science, electrical engineering or similar
- At least 10 years of experience
- Experience in managing people and software development projects and communication
- Knowledge of the functional and software development of control units of powertrain is advantageous, understanding of modern software development processes
- Enthusiasm for automotive development and technical innovation
- Good presentation - and English language skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €95,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
