The team you'll be part of


Nokia’s People organization leads a business-driven people strategy and offers people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

You will be part of an international team focusing on hiring activities in Finland. Each team member is dedicated to a specific business group. Finland's Talent Attraction team is in Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, and Budapest. We cooperate with Nokia People Managers and other Human Resources counterparts to acquire the best talent.


What you will learn and contribute to


You will support Talent Attraction colleagues on recruitment processes, selection, interview planning, offer negotiation, and overall candidate experience. You will help with recruiting events, hiring campaigns and programs.


As part of our team, you will:

  • Run administrative tasks related to recruitment processes: updating job postings, handling candidate communication etc.
  • Be part of employer branding activities such as recruitment events where you help take care of the related arrangements and coordinate collaboration with universities
  • Help hiring managers and Talent Attraction Partners with their queries
  • Ensure job posting content quality

Your skills and experience


You have :

  • Ongoing studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing or any other relevant field
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • Motivation to work in Human Resources. You might have already gathered some experience in the field of recruitment or other HR tasks
  • Proactive can-do attitude and service-mindset
  • Willingness to learn

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Attention to detail

The employment will be a six months fixed-term working contract and will be based either in Oulu or Espoo. Starting date preferably in August or September.
