Your role in our mission

Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and sort before distributing.
- Create or update records with new files and information
- Responsible for timely processing incoming documents.
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Must have office work experience, familiarity with scanning/faxing and some data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and Great attention to detail
