Your role in our mission

  • Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and sort before distributing.

  • Create or update records with new files and information
  • Responsible for timely processing incoming documents.
  • Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Must have office work experience, familiarity with scanning/faxing and some data entry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and Great attention to detail

What you should expect in this role

  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
  • On-site at Rancho Cordova, CA
  • Hours 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
