Hospital Product Analyst


 

IN SUMMARY…

The Hospital Product Analyst main function is to work with all teams in prioritizing, designing, and testing (QA) before our product and associated enhancements and features are delivered to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Clearly communicate product functionality and benefits to Azalea and client users with new feature knowledge articles and videos.
  • Work in conjunction with the Engineering team to help identify, duplicate and test bug resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, testing, and delivery according to Product department procedures
  • Transfer feature knowledge to CS Learning teams by contributing knowledge content for product optimizations and features
  • Assists Support team in troubleshooting as needed to effectively report all issues to the Engineering team to ensure fastest resolution, following existing product department procedures
  • Understand the details of the problems we want to solve, including all facets, personas, workflows, goals, current workarounds, and pain points
  • Understand the key differentiators and strengths that Azalea’s software offers with respect to clinical and financial workflows within the hospital.

Support Hospital Product Manager in the following activities:

  • Anticipates program release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
  • Gather market research from clients, prospects, competitor systems, and other primary sources.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING…

  • 2-3 years of experience in working with web-based applications in a troubleshooting, QA, Product Analyst or Support role, preferred
  • Excellent computer and internet skills/instincts, including strong proficiency in web-based applications
  • Experience with clinical EMR/EHR solutions will be considered a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal technical and communication skills
  • High comfort level navigating online tools
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
