```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including materials management, order fulfillment, and dispatching.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
- Analyze profit loss statements related to logistics operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to drive continuous improvement.

```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of materials management principles and practices.
- Experience in managing logistics operations in an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using logistics software systems for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the technical aspects of transportation equipment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Familiarity with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations is a plus.

Pay: $73,126.00 - $79,737.00 per year
