- Receive and Process New, Revised, and Updated LIRs for signatures
- Distribute LIRs to Internal and External contacts
- Maintain and update CALM LIR agenda with new/revised LIR information such as dates and permits,
- Maintain and update Google Drive LIR Permit Tracking with all permits for the LIR and associated
- Maintain and update information for the Shutdown Control Center to include all new, revised and
- Close LIRs, manage permits associated with LIR to advise contractor to close permit(s) associated
- Prepare and update CALM LIR Agenda for each weekly CALM LIR Workshop
- Maintain document filing system
- Coordinate with City agencies and provide information to assist in the permit process
- Request concurrence from subject matter experts and notify outside contractors of
- Track and document concurrence requests and distribute notification of the upcoming project(s)
- Various duties as assigned such as presentation preparation, collecting and organizing information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint
- Problem solver with a strong ability to prioritize and switch gears in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Geared to share information and communicate with team members
- A general understanding of civil construction
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional experience; graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience
- May assume other duties as required/needed
- Maybe required to work past regular work shift if needed
- Maybe required to work various shifts as needed
- This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday. Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Typical salary range for this position is 98,700 to $118,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
