Workline Solutions is looking for a for a self-motivated and experienced Hose Technician Professional to join our team in Cerritos, California.
The Customer Hose Technician works in partnership with our customer service team, purchasing team, and suppliers to grow the business with existing customers. Develop and gain new customers and meet/exceed the monthly sales goals. Customer Hose Technician is challenged to continuously work to increase customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and secure proper fittings to ends of hoses using crimping/internal Expansion Machine.
- A Hose Technician will spend most of the day lifting, measuring, cutting, and crimping metal couplings onto hoses.
- Production of crimped hose assemblies following all production and quality control protocols • Perform finished goods visual quality inspection.
- Administer required pressure tests of hose assemblies.
- Give support to the warehouse team when needed.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to suggest specific products and solutions.
- Process all necessary components into finished goods
- Remain current on product developments by attending training (company/supplier), reading trade journals, supplier literature etc.
- Warehouse organization (Stocking /Restocking)
