Ultrasound Clinical Manager

Corporate Search Inc is working with a group of non-profit hospitals who bring a history of quality patient care as a top value. This health system is in a season of restructuring with a greater sense of focused leadership in radiology. We are in search of an Ultrasound Clinical Manager to join this growing team.
This individual will lead a team of 15 and give oversight to a hospital department as well as some outpatient clinics and a state of the art cancer center. The team consists of supportive professionals who bring a good amount of experience to the field, exuding strong teamwork and professional communication flow. The Medical Director highly values input of the team leaders and works closely with those managers.
The hospital uses both Sequoia and Siemans machines. Patient volume averages between 50-70 patients per day at the main hospital.
This manager will work closely with the other ultrasound manager at a sister hospital, who brings a servant leadership approach to leading teams. Ths hospital is very supportive of education and development of their staff.

The idea candidate will have experience in treating multiple modalities such as abdoman, OBGYN and vascular cases. Prior leadership experience is required as a lead tech, supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements top
A Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science, Healthcare, Health Administration or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. A Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is required. Competency in multiple modalities is preferred. Registration in Abdomen, OBGYN and Vascular is preferred.
