BrightStar of Wakefield is looking for certified aide! s trained in Alzheimer's and Dementia care to work morning (9a-noon) and evening shifts (6p-9p) with private patients. Our goal is to add 2-3team members who can work consistent hours and live nearby.
The successful Health Aide / HHA Job Duties include:
- Provision of client care according to approved Plan of Care
- Assistance of clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provision of transportation as required
- Assistance in providing a safe environment for client
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
- Weekly pay
