Come join a nationally recognized medical center. Seeking an RN Case Manager to assist with the! coordination of care for patients admitted to Medical, Surgical, Pediatric or Obstetrical Services and as needed for hospital outpatient areas including but not limited to the Emergency Department and Surgical Center.
Full Time / 40 hours a week: 11 am - 7:30 pm primarily M-F
with some weekends
Inpatient Case Manager â€" RN â€" Full Time
Candidates need to have at least 2-3 years of recent Case Management experience working in acute care
ASN required
Prior experience in the following areas: general acute care hospital experience, healthcare reimbursement including utilization review, quality improvement, and previous experience with enhanced models of health care delivery.
