Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Participates in interdisciplinary transplant services and performs clinical review of medication therapy to enhance patient care
2. Precepts pharmacy residents; serves as a role model to pharmacy students and residents; and acts as a project advisor in area of expertise or as appropriate
3. Will actively ! support the quality improvement process
a. Perform protoco! l and guideline development
b. Conducts medication use evaluations
4. Attends weekly patient selection meeting for both the liver and kidney transplantation teams
5. Maintains the regulatory compliance requirements for the pharmacists? involvement in the solid organ transplant program.
