Job Objectives
1- Received all the financial data on time from inform Dubai team for entry these cost in system.
2- Timely & accurate payment to local staff & vendors
3- Send correct report to manager with the lowest error rate.
4- Inform on time all local transactions for financial reporting
5-Office Petty cash reconciliation
6-Assist in Payroll and WPS , C3 payments
Required:
1-Bachelor degree in commerce or in Accounting/Finance
2-A high degree of confidentiality and dependability
3-Flexibility with high adaptability
4-Good inter personal skills.
5-Good command of English for communication with other colleagues in Dubai office.
6-Accuracy and analyze finance transaction.
7-Working experience of minimum 3 years
Executing;
o Receive invoices from Agents / Vendors and receive confirmation from technical and crewing team and put budget code and then send to Dubai team for entry.
o Receive all the cost paid by other companies and then issue table and allocate cost centers.
o Operating of office petty cash and monthly reconciliation.
o Scan all the documents in drop box to share with Dubai office.
o Update google share & excel petty cash and forward the statement to Dubai for entry in accounting system.
