What are we looking for?
- Language: German C1, English B1-B2;
- Experience in customer support is not necessarily required, but a minimum of experience in working with clients;
- Responding via live chat, calls, emails to customer requests related to products, refunds, product shipping issues etc.
What do we offer?
- Salary: 4800 ron NET;
- 8-hour work schedule between 06:00-24:00;
- Extra payment for the night hours (accoring to the legislation);
- 150 RON monthly (Waha bonus);
- Full remote job;
