  • Loaded & Gazed with High Level of "Etiquette of Patient Services"
  • Answers calls to high end patients with exceptionalcommunication skills - able to listen effectively and express treatments in a clear and articulate manner
  • Planning and organizing - patients appointments, follow-ups and schedule their surgeries and activities
  • MUST spoken languages ENGLISH &ARABIC with additional Preferred Languages RUSSIAN/FRENCH

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with "Patient Centered Communication".
  • Register patients according to established protocols
  • Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
  • Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
  • Maintain and manage patient records
  • Move patients through appointments as scheduled
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • collect co-pays and payments
  • Report statistics as required
  • Complete other clerical duties as assigned
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Required)
  • English (Required)
  • French (Preferred)
  • Russian (Preferred)
