- Loaded & Gazed with High Level of "Etiquette of Patient Services"
- Answers calls to high end patients with exceptionalcommunication skills - able to listen effectively and express treatments in a clear and articulate manner
- Planning and organizing - patients appointments, follow-ups and schedule their surgeries and activities
- MUST spoken languages ENGLISH &ARABIC with additional Preferred Languages RUSSIAN/FRENCH
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients with "Patient Centered Communication".
- Register patients according to established protocols
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
- Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
- Maintain and manage patient records
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments
- collect co-pays and payments
- Report statistics as required
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- receptionist: 3 years (Required)
