Job Overview:
As a Sales Support Analyst with Italian your role will be to support the Italian Sales team in daily business, supporting on tasks linked to maintaining databases and systems containing customer information and coordinating execution related processes, including working with external agencies through all stages from briefing through to delivery of assets.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices
- Track actual spending against budget
- PO Management
- Provide general support to Sales team in Daily Business
- Allocate stores/customers to new employees on sales systems
- Manage Sales tools and systems ensuring tracking tools and dashboards are relevant and up-to-date, meeting requirements and any required changes are implemented
- Capture and action requests to place equipment at Customers
- Manage shopper campaigns and in-store execution activities by working closely with agencies and ensuring smooth project management on a day-to-day basis – including briefing, approvals and delivery
- Create content and communications for the field sales force to use with customers
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks at fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High attention to detail
