About the Company

Our client is a trading company that specializes in investment business. They are now looking for a “Personal Assistant” to support in CFO's daily activities and help prioritize internal and external appointment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letter.
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries.
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks.
  • Arranging travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years experience in Admin or PA.
  • Excellent coordination
  • Independent, problem-solving skill
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
