About the Company
Our client is a trading company that specializes in investment business. They are now looking for a “Personal Assistant” to support in CFO's daily activities and help prioritize internal and external appointment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letter.
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries.
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks.
- Arranging travel and hotel arrangements.
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 3 years experience in Admin or PA.
- Excellent coordination
- Independent, problem-solving skill
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
