- Take primary responsibility all the way up to take care of Southwest China BD performance for architect.
- Achieving the 3 million USD contracts for Architecture practice line per year with support from market sector leaders.
- Deploying soft skills to develop relationships in Southwest China Area with prospective clients, partners and deepen relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Ability to analysis market trends. Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to support Architecture BD initiate and manage BD activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market penetration in China.
- Lead the communication between teams and client from Architecture business lines regarding pursuit follow up, team up especially those relating to the collaborative selling including work scope, fee negotiations, approval process, proposal submittal, contract terms negotiations, taking care of the smooth and manage the deadline.
- Manage communication with teams, peers, organizational leaders, partners, and client regarding progress and compliance issues, and manage different expectations. Ensure the balance upon the company policy.
- Monitor and track all responses to marketing activities.
- Ensure high quality of proposal submittals.
- Degree holders in Business/Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years relevant working experience. Industry experience (engineering / architecture / landscape) is highly preferred.
- Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
