Job Description

  • Assists the Chairman in the daily operation which includes: prioritise projects, managing calendar, conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities,
  • Booking travels, transportation, hotels,
  • Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
  • Supporting on personal matters; reservations, doctor visits, etc.,

The Successful Applicant

  • bachelor's degree,
  • have a 7 years experiences in similar positions,
  • fluent in English,
  • excellent communication and organisation skills,
  • strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks.
