Job Description
- Assists the Chairman in the daily operation which includes: prioritise projects, managing calendar, conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities,
- Booking travels, transportation, hotels,
- Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
- Supporting on personal matters; reservations, doctor visits, etc.,
The Successful Applicant
- bachelor's degree,
- have a 7 years experiences in similar positions,
- fluent in English,
- excellent communication and organisation skills,
- strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks.
