Ihre Aufgaben
- You will strengthen our team in the area of operation of database and System infrastructure in the data center and, together with Tour team colleagues, will develop and advise on proposed solutions for our customers
- You will perform you Harry out maintenance Tasks and error analysis in the customer environment
- As a team, you will continuously improve the IT Systems provided to the customer and will be involved in technical projects
- Administration, operation and maintenance of the databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and APEX including their Automation (Ansible) containerisation (OpenShift) and cloudification (AWS)
- Advice to Specialist teams on database issues
Unsere Anforderungen
- You habe successfully completed a degree in (business) Computer science or a comparable subject as well as having many years of relevant professional experience in database operation
- Extensive knowledge and many years of Professional experience in the administration of Oracle database systems (version 12 and 19)
- Good knowledge of the administration of open source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience in the provision and operation of databases and their corresponding infrastructure
- Experience in supporting the application Managers with design and performance optimization
- Experience with backup / recovery (Oracle RMAN) and replication (Oracle Dataguard)
- Practical handling of large database systems
- Good knowledge of the LINUX operating system (Redhat RHEL 7, 8)
- Red Hat Openshift / Container
- Good knowledge of shell scripting and PL / SQL
- Participation in the on-call service and willingness to take on activities outside of regular working hours are a requirement of this position
- Good knowledge of German and English
