POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is critical in offering new products/investors, managing all product eligibility in the CMG LOS, managing essential external tools for production staff, and following credit guidelines to ensure that all existing and future business relationships are handled with the utmost care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assist with monitoring our Corporate Credit inbox providing timely responses.
- Maintain and monitor FEMA Disaster List. Work with Technical Writing on all Disaster Announcements

Work as a Jr. Project Manager on new product roll out on Agency, Non-Agency, Brokered Out and HFA/Bond loan programs.- Maintaining Brokered Out Approved Lender List for Retail and Joint Ventures
- Manage Program Code library to ensure consistence and accuracy
- Assist with document and compliance testing for new product releases.
- Act as Admin for majority of essential origination and underwriting vendor systems. (Full list available).
- Contribute to weekly Corporate Memo (as needed).
- Weekly reporting on product usage for SVP of Credit and Product Development to review for planning.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 Yrs. Mortgage Experience working with investors and external business partners
- Extensive attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Base knowledge in Web based languages; HTML, CSS, PHP
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
Base Compensation Information – This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. Residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City are excluded from this remote role at this time. Information regarding base wages provided upon request.
