We're looking for an Operations Manager who can see their work have an immediate impact and enjoys fast-paced, high-growth environments. Join us and play a crucial part in building a platform that will transform the way property managers and Hispanic Pros collaborate.
What your day will look like
You'll be working closely with Ed Escobar (Cofounder and CPO), our Customer Success team, and Onboarding team to oversee, optimize, and scale our internal processes.
Responsibilities you might have on any given day at Owners:
- Oversee and optimize our operational stack (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Airtable and more) and other relevant integrations between them.
- Develop and implement best practices for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive customer happiness and operational success.
- Lead and mentor a team.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the company.
- Ensure data integrity and provide reliable dashboards and reports for decision-making.
