Job Description
To Support Payroll Activities. Some of their duties are (Part-time):
- Biweekly collect resources’ payroll documents, invoices and timesheets received.
- Validate hours in TSheets (Time and Attendance platform) and transfer their information to Quickbooks.
- Process each employee timesheets and invoices and ensure proper withholding of taxes.
- Support any other administrative duties.
Qualifications
Additional Information

- BBA in Accounting or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience performing payroll tasks.
- Experience/knowledge of QuickBooks Software or Peachtree.
- Microsoft Office Programs (Excel).
- Payroll basic knowledge.
- Part time (20 hrs. weekly).
