You will be part of a small team, parenting up to two Children in a beautiful home with an experienced and dedicated management team.
Our Children have experienced significant trauma and attachment in their lives and require therapeutic parenting. Adults use PACE and a therapeutic model of parenting, including a DDP approach, you will receive full training and induction.
No previous experience is required, just eager to learn and of course play.
Responsibilities
* Parenting role, meeting the needs of our Children.
* Being flexible, and able to do shift work including sleeping ins.
*Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
* Ensuring our home environment is kept to a high standard.
Full and Part-time positions are available, however, you will need to be able to commit to sleep-ins, and shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
**Salary stated includes a minimum of two sleep-ins per week with full-time hours. 32 hours will be pro-rated.

Salary: £27,500.00-£29,700.00 per year
