Experience: Customer service, hospitality, or food service experience a plus. Basic wine knowledge.Compensation: Competitive wages offered – based on experience and up to $45K.
Duties Include: The following is a general, but not fully inclusive, list of basic daily/weekly job duties and functions:
- Direct Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication. Monitor, maintain and respond to email inquiries and communications with wine club members in a friendly, prompt manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Respond to inner-company communications in a prompt and efficient manner. Generate club membership and sales data reports to management. Orchestrate and send mass emails as necessary. Maintain club capacity by inviting new members as vacancies occur. Coordinate special events (on site and off site), exclusively for club members.
- Fulfillment Duties: Oversee execution of club shipments four (4) times per year. Process shipments and transactions for club shipments. Ensure that tech sheets and packing material are on hand prior to packing shipments.
- Onsite Tasting Room: Manage reservations and staffing at on-site tasting room/tour experience.
- Workspace: Maintain a clean, orderly and safe warehouse and office space.
- Assessment and Feedback: Provide management with honest, accurate and beneficial feedback related to improving all parts of the operation.
Days: This job is primarily Monday through Friday with certain limited changes based on special events and unique circumstances.
Hours: This job is primarily 8 am to 4 pm with certain limited changes based on special events and unique circumstances.
Benefits: Eligible for health insurance and vacation pay (subject to company policies).
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to bend and lift 50 pounds.
- Work from a standing, moving position 4-6 hours per shift.
