Home Health Experience a MU! ST Nurse Education, preceptor exp OASIS C Certified Master preferred $70,000 - $80,000
This person would be responsible to plan, facilitates and organizes training and staff development programs and collaborates with management team, preceptor and Quality staff regarding focus and implementation. Documents training and educational activities. Conducts and/or coordinates yearly in-service and continuing education, inclusive of mandated programs in CPR, re-certification, Universal precautions, OSHA, safety, confidentiality, and patient rights. Infection control responsibilities regarding TB testing and Flu vaccine program.Plans staff development programs based on needs assessment, quality findings, demographic trending or specific patient population.
