Our client, a premier global consulting firm in Boston, is looking! for a Database/CRM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day operations of the DBSM and creating highly efficient workflow processes and standards forms for receiving and fulfilling requests from staff.
Overseeing contracts and relationships with external commercial expert network partners.
Working with internal practice specialists to explore opportunities to add new experts from various external sources to expand the breadth of available contacts.
Establishing and managing processes with Accounting for remittance and tracking of payments to experts and the collection of information needed for tax reporting.
Performing routine maintenance and updates to ensure the freshness and integrity of the database.
Working with IT to develop enhancements to the DBMS to facilitate its usefulness to staff.
Requirements:
Extremely detail oriented with strong communication skills.
Proficient with MS Excel and Access fo! r list management and manipulation.
Knowledge of SharePoin! t 2010, SQL and other administration and query utilities and tools.
High level of initiative and self-direction.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
