Job Responsibilities:
- Office management including but not limited to fixed asset management, procurement and payment, quotation comparison,office service contract and license renewal, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation
- Implement HR policies and procedures, e.g. leave management;
- Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner;
- Organize company events and staff activities;
- Assist in any ad hoc project assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years working experience on office administration or clerical experience
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
- Outgoing, cheerful, good communications, interpersonal skills

Salary: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
