What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Assist the due diligence process on new development projects including development proformas and research of market and comparables
- Support senior management team in data requests on existing community operations
- Assist data collection, due diligence and closing process during construction and refinance lending events
- Support Finance, Accounting and Operations teams in annual budget process including project management and template production
- Manage landlord/property management/lender relationships including meeting reporting requirements
- Manage the construction draw process across multiple development projects, lenders and general contractors
- Maintain Investor Database and assist VP of Finance in investor communication requests

- Highly developed sense of responsibility and initiative, as well as a collaborative attitude
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in business with focus on finance, accounting, real estate or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience with exposure to commercial real estate, construction or Senior Housing
- General understanding of commercial real estate finance, construction, and property operations.
- Experience in building and using complex financial models.
- Advanced financial analysis, Microsoft Excel modeling skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Yardi, Juniper Square, Vision LTC and Vena software platforms is a plus

Salary: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
