SAP SD/LE Analyst (Remote)

Role Overview:

The Digital Technology SAP team is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to be a part of our team. This Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution analyst will be focused on ECC order to cash activities supporting the SAP enterprise solution with strategic project initiatives as well as sustaining activities.

This position is an IT professional with functional and technical expertise who analyzes and determines how to fulfill business needs. Identifies and evaluates often difficult and complex requirements that can be fulfilled through ECC and connecting interfaces. Collaborates with fellow analysts, architects, and technical development team to confirm functional and technical requirements, system capabilities, design, configuration, and resolution of system functionality issues and gaps.

**This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Order Management (ECC)

  • Quotations, Standard Orders, Consignment, Scheduling Agreements, Returns, Credit and Debit Memos. ATP, GATP, Back Order Processing, Material Determination, Sales BOMs, pricing, billing/invoicing. Working knowledge of Material Master and IDOC processing.

  • Logistics Execution (ECC)

  • Deliveries - inbound and outbound, standard, subcontracting, third-party, drop-ship, deliveries without reference. Delivery due list, route determination, picking processes, delivery forms and labels.

  • Shipments, packaging instructions, handling units, shipping forms, and customer specific labeling.

  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management, Global Next, and GTS (Global Trade Services) desired.

  • Requirements gathering, system configuration, including writing of functional specifications, unit & integration testing.

  • Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging of SAP programs in order to solve application or configuration issues, including SMARTFORMS.

  • Support project teams with development of training materials and test scripts, support during go-live activation, and ongoing user support.

  • Troubleshoot day to day user issues while working with the business stakeholders through problem resolution to ensure the agreed to SLAs are met with quality deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills a must.

  • Travel may be required, < 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners and end users.

  • Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers and team members.

  • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers, business partners, and business priorities.

  • Ability to negotiate with business and resolve internal and external conflicts.

  • Ability to lead a in fast-moving, high-pressure software development and deployment environment.

  • Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
