NURSE MANAGER OF MOTHER-BABY UNIT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Nurse Manager for the Mother/Baby Unit will oversee a 32 bed unit and Central Nursery.
• The individual will be responsible for staffing, budgets and directing the very best patient care.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to ! promote nursing practice, staff development and quality outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSN, Masters Degree
• Strong management experience
• Relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills and team player
